A snowy farmyard Thanksgiving scene: a man lifts a child from a green horse-drawn sleigh while a woman in a hooded coat hands a plate to an older woman at the door of a yellow clapboard house, with a man in a red vest looking on. A circular medallion at upper left frames a tom turkey, and a shock of corn with a large pumpkin fills the right side. The card is a chromolithograph greeting issued under copyright in 1908 by M.W. Taggart of New York, part of the era's prolific holiday-greeting trade.
Thin white border; textured/embossed-look printing; inset turkey medallion at upper left; light edge wear.
Blank divided-back embossed postcard; no postmark, address, or message.
