About this postcard

An elevated aerial view looks down on the Glenn Memorial Methodist Church and its adjoining church school building on the Emory University campus, with the church's domed tower rising at the right and long red-roofed wings stretching among trees and lawns. Glenn Memorial was built in the early 1930s as a memorial to the Methodist minister Charles Wesley Glenn and has long served as the university church of Emory. The card's linen-era coloring and bird's-eye vantage point present the complex as a single unified institutional group.
