About this postcard

A birthday greeting card with the printed heading "Best Wishes" and a sentimental verse, framed by blue forget-me-nots and yellow blossoms around an oval inset landscape of a house beside water. Early twentieth-century greeting postcards often paired floral borders with verses; forget-me-nots traditionally signified remembrance and affection.
