About this subject

A black-and-white view down a wide commercial street lined with multi-story brick storefronts and globe streetlamps. A marching band in white trousers and dark jackets advances toward the camera while dense crowds of onlookers, many in shirt sleeves and flat caps, pack the sidewalks on both sides.
