A coconut palm stands on a manicured lawn, its trunk ringed and its crown bent under a heavy cluster of brown coconuts, with palm fronds filling the right side of the frame. Behind the tree are a white building with dark window openings, a bed of red flowers and a low green hedge. The card's own caption names the subject simply as "Cocoanuts, Miami, Florida," a standard South Florida tourist view of the mid-20th century.
White border; visible linen crosshatch texture; printed caption runs vertically along the right edge of the picture (scan is rotated 90 degrees); light corner and edge wear.
No postmark; no handwriting. Divided-back linen card with white border; light age toning and soiling.
