A close view of a coconut palm's crown, with clusters of large brown-orange coconuts hanging among green fronds against a pale sky. The card identifies it as "A Coconut Tree in Florida," a standard souvenir image of the state's subtropical scenery. Coconut palms were planted along Florida's coasts and became a familiar symbol of the state's tourist landscape by the 1950s.
