A cartoon truck with oversized yellow wheels is packed with passengers, with more riders piled on the cargo bed and one standing atop the load; the driver leans out of the cab. The printed caption reads “I’LL HAVE A LOAD OF THINGS TO TELL YOU SOON!”, a pun on the vehicle’s overload. The card is a mid-20th-century linen-texture comic postcard; no specific place or real event is depicted.
Linen texture; thin white border; printed card number WC-29 at lower right.
No postmark; undivided back; linen texture; Art Tone Glo-Var finish; Beals, Des Moines, Iowa imprint; light foxing/soiling.
