Cutting Out the Meat --- Cutting Out the Meat "We always killed pigs at home. The men doin' the butcherin' came in off my brother's farm to help. I used to get all the help that I needed but as it is now, we can't find any help. They've all gone. I think butcherin's a real treat, even though I prefer cows over pigs."
