Dam and waterfall in a narrow rocky canyon, circa 1935

About this postcard

A narrow gorge with steep, reddish granite walls; a concrete dam spans the canyon in the distance, with water spilling over its crest, while a large waterfall plunges into the pool below on the right. A small red boat floats on the water, power lines cross the sky above the gorge, and a small red building clings to the right-hand cliff. The scene is printed on textured linen stock typical of the 1930s.
