A tinted view looking down on the fork where a tree-lined boulevard enters a residential section of Reading, Pennsylvania, with stone gateposts at the drive and large Victorian-era houses with turrets and gables set on the lawns. Wooded hillside fills the foreground and the long ridge of the Reading hills closes the horizon. The card labels the spot simply as the entrance to the boulevard, one of the scenic drives laid out on the hills above the city in the early 1900s.
