A red-brick Gothic Revival church with a very tall dark spire and a large rose window on its gabled front, seen from the street corner. A smaller flèche rises behind the main roof, and a few houses and trees appear at the right. The sky is printed in a pale blue-to-pink gradient.
Halftone dot texture throughout; printed number 203,476 and a small printer's device at lower right; light edge and corner wear, slight discoloration in the sky.
No postmark. Undivided back ("Address Only" right side) with Leighton & Valentine "Famous Quality" shield imprint — c. 1901-1907. Light foxing/toning and edge wear; no stamp, no handwriting.
