Two Cents For Foreign.' — pre-1907 style. Imprint: The Hugh C. Leighton Co., Portland, Me., printed in Frankfort o/Main, Germany, No. 1988. Blue-ink message fills the entire back; no address block. Pencil dealer marks '112' and '2.00' at top left. Light toning/foxing.
