A long steel truss bridge with a single arched main span crosses the wide Arkansas River at Little Rock, seen from a bluff with railroad tracks and a small brick building in the foreground. The card names it the "Free Bridge," one of the early toll-free crossings built to link Little Rock with the north bank of the Arkansas River in the early 20th century. A painted sign on the near rooftop advertises W. L. Siesel & Co., welding and boiler repair works.
Thin white border; grainy color lithograph screen; light corner and edge wear with a small chip at lower right.
No postmark. Divided back; publisher imprint I. Goodman, Little Rock, Ark.; printed in Germany; blank address and message.
