A tinted view of Grant's Tomb, the domed circular mausoleum on Riverside Drive in Manhattan, with cyclists and horse-drawn carriages passing on the road in front. The monument, designed by John Hemenway Duncan and completed in 1897, holds the remains of General Ulysses S. Grant and his wife Julia; the card's number and the presence of bicycles and carriages date the view to the early 1900s. The publisher's imprint runs vertically along the right edge.
Undivided-back era card; handwritten message written vertically along the right edge over the sky; surface soiled and scuffed, worn edges.
