Linen texture visible; no printed text on front. No postmark. Unused divided-back C.T. Art-Colortone (Curt Teich) card, numbered 1B-H2655; stamp removed, leaving an adhesive stain in the stamp box. Back bears the printed caption, the hotel imprint (Mrs. W. P. Cox, Mgr., Great Onyx Cave Hotel, Mammoth Cave, Ky.), and the Genuine Curteich-Chicago imprint; no handwriting anywhere on the back.
