A brown hen stands beside a cluster of colored eggs and daisies, with four yellow chicks in the foreground and a farmhouse and trees behind. The printed greeting reads "Loving Easter Greetings."
Easter was one of the busiest greeting-card seasons of the early 1900s, and Raphael Tuck & Sons issued many barnyard and spring-flower designs for the holiday. Elizabeth Tribit sent a short Easter wish to Alice Dunn in Maconville, NJ.
Chipped and worn corners; edge wear; printed on a gray background.
Postmark: DOVER N.J. MAR 25 1910 4 P.M. Divided-back Raphael Tuck "Easter Post Cards" Series No. 101, printed in Saxony; heavy foxing/browning and staining across the back, worn corners.
