About this postcard

A view across Lake Massabesic from Kimball Point, with overhanging trees and the corner of a wooden porch or boathouse roof at the edge of the water. A small boat with figures is visible offshore. The lake, just east of Manchester, New Hampshire, was the city's water-supply lake and a popular early-20th-century spot for boating, picnics, and shore cottages.
