About this postcard

A dirt road winds up Williams Canyon between steep rock walls, with trees scattered on the slopes. A large building with a tower stands on a high cliff at left, part of the Cave of the Winds attraction above Manitou Springs. The cave opened to visitors in the 1880s and became one of the Pikes Peak region's early tourist stops, reached by a canyon road from Manitou Springs.
