Lower New York and Bay, New York. --- Lower New York and Bay A view from the top of the Woolworth Building, looking toward the financial district. Here space is too valuable for four and five story structures, and hundreds of skyscrapers, with as many as fifty-five stories, have taken their place. The latest additions to the group are the Adams Building at 61 Broadway, and the Equitable Building, a 38-story building, 537.6 feet high. Success Postal Card Co., Pub., New York. No. 1179.
