About this postcard

Snow-capped Mount Cashmere rises beyond rolling hills covered with orchard trees. In the foreground, branches heavy with pink apple blossoms frame the view against a blue sky. By the 1920s, the Wenatchee Valley was known for irrigated apple orchards, and the slopes around Cashmere were part of that working agricultural landscape.
