About this postcard
A multi-view Oregon souvenir card presenting the state flag, state seal, state capitol, Crater Lake, Multnomah Falls, the Oregon grape (state flower), Mt. Hood and the meadow lark (state bird) around the printed lyrics of the "Oregon Song." Crater Lake, shown at top center, is the deep caldera lake in southern Oregon that became the state's only national park in 1902, while Mt. Hood is Oregon's highest peak and Multnomah Falls a celebrated cascade in the Columbia River Gorge. The capitol pictured is the 1938 building in Salem, and the Oregon grape and meadow lark are among the state emblems adopted in the 1890s and 1920s.
