The card labels the scene "Palm Avenue, Garnett Grove, St. Augustine, Fla." and shows a sandy drive lined with rows of tall palms, their fronds arching over the road, with a low tree line in the distance. St. Augustine is the oldest continuously occupied European-established settlement in the continental United States, and palm-lined avenues were a popular scenic subject in Florida postcards of the early 20th century.

No postmark or handwriting; unused card. Undivided-back era ("THIS SPACE FOR ADDRESS ONLY", one-cent stamp box), C. T. American Art colored halftone, white border on front; heavy brown water staining and edge wear on back.
