A shaded walkway lined with tall cabbage palmettos and other palms, with a low stone wall and hedge on the left and a sandy path curving into the distance. Palmetto Row was one of Daytona's noted scenic drives in the early 20th century, when the town's mild winter climate and subtropical vegetation drew Northern visitors and invalids. The card's bright, saturated coloring is typical of the hand-tinted view cards sold to Florida tourists in the 1920s and 1930s.
