About this postcard
A black-and-white halftone view of the Park View United Methodist Church in Lynchburg, Virginia, a brick Gothic Revival building with a tall square corner tower, a rose window over the entrance front, and a smaller turreted tower to the right, set behind shrubs at the sidewalk. The card names the congregation itself, and the imprint shows it was produced by Spalding Publishers of Winter Haven, Florida. The five-digit ZIP code in that imprint indicates a printing date after the ZIP system began in 1963.
