About this postcard

A blue-tinted winter view of snow-laden, bare deciduous trees on a sloping hillside in Eden Park, Cincinnati, Ohio, as the card's own caption names it. Eden Park is a large municipal park on the bluffs above the Ohio River, laid out in the 1860s and long a favorite subject for local view cards; the surrounding hillsides were noted for their wooded walks and river prospects.
