A line drawing of the Spanish Governor's Palace in San Antonio, Texas, showing its long adobe facade with protruding wooden beams, barred windows, and figures in period dress: a man on horseback, a standing man, and a seated woman with baskets. The palace was part of the presidio at San Antonio de Bexar, moved to the site of Military Plaza in 1722 and rebuilt in adobe. By the mid-18th century the governor's residence was known as the Palacio, and Antonio Cordero was the last governor to live there.
Black ink line drawing on beige card; thin border; no publisher or series visible; likely early 20th century.
No postmark. Undivided back ("This Space for Address Only"); printed historical text on back; matte card stock; dealer pencil "112 2.50" at top right. No stamp, no handwriting.
