The card shows a large concrete Tyrannosaurus Rex statue with its jaws open, standing on a grassy slope beneath a cloudy sky; the printed caption names it "Tyrannosaurus Rex, Dinosaur Park." Dinosaur Park in Rapid City, South Dakota, opened in 1936 as a Works Progress Administration project and features a series of concrete dinosaurs designed by Emmet Sullivan. The statues became a roadside landmark overlooking the city.
Black-and-white photograph with white border; caption lettered in the negative; light surface scratches and speckling.
No postmark, no address, no message — back is entirely blank stock with a divided "POST CARD" heading and a dashed "PLACE STAMP HERE" box. Era cues: divided back, white border on the front photo print; front is a black-and-white real-photo style view of a concrete dinosaur statue ("No. 360 Tyrannosaurus Rex Dinosaur Park"). No damage beyond faint toning/soiling.
