A three-story brick apartment block with a rusticated stone base, a columned entrance portico, and a heavy cornice, seen from the street corner with bare young trees along the sidewalk. The caption names it the Victoria Apartments in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Such mid-rise apartment houses went up in the city's expanding residential districts in the years just before and after Oklahoma City's rapid growth following the 1889 land run and statehood in 1907.
Monochrome halftone print with a faint blue-tinted sky; caption printed in script lettering, not handwriting. Light foxing/staining in the sky area and minor edge wear; no white border.
