A decorative greeting card showing a basket of purple violets hanging by a ribbon against a pink ground, with a scrolled banner reading "Best Wishes" across the center. The design is framed by a gold-outlined cartouche and a border of purple oval motifs, with loose violet blossoms scattered around the edges. Floral greeting cards of this style were widely exchanged in the early 20th century for general good wishes, birthdays, and holidays.
