A snowy farmstead with a green-and-red frame house, red chimneys, bare trees, an evergreen, and a windmill in the distance; in the foreground a man drives a horse-drawn two-wheeled cart along a snow-covered road past a rail fence, with a small dog following. The ornate "Best Wishes" greeting identifies it as a general greeting postcard. Such chromolithographed winter greeting cards were widely produced in the early 20th century.
Rounded corners and edge wear; textured, embossed-looking print surface; light discoloration at upper right; printed number 592 at lower left.
No postmark — unused card. Divided-back "POST CARD" with correspondence/address panels and a "Domestic and Canada One Cent / Foreign Two Cents" stamp box, placing it after the 1907 divided-back change; tan stock, light edge wear and a soft corner crease at lower left.
